Theme and Design
Well, this does seem to be the theme, as the backdrop has plenty of flames involved. You'll notice some of the symbols involve flames too. And the golden bell symbol has a trident hanging from inside it, so it looks like we're going to hell for this one!

The game looks amazing yet keeps things quite simple. There are red flaming sevens, cherries, bar symbols, and inferno logos too.
Gameplay Mechanics
This has five reels and no progressives, but there are plenty of other elements rolled into play. You have a nice fiery wild to look for that can sub for various other symbols. Meanwhile, the game also has two scatters. The first is the Instant Inferno scatter in orange. Three or more pay a scatter prize, with nine paying 2,000x your wager. If you find the Premium Inferno scatter, just five of them pay 5,000x your bet.
There is also a bonus symbol that looks like a pot of gold. Finding three of those is also cool… for reasons we'll later reveal.
